Shipping and Delivery Policy
Processing Time: Order processing begins when you place your order and ends when the product leaves our fulfillment center. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that shipping carriers only pick up packages from Monday to Friday.
For special order items, please allow 1-3 weeks for processing.
If the items on your order are in stock, we will ship them from the warehouse closest to you to ensure the fastest delivery. If an item is out of stock at the nearest warehouse, we will ship it from another location at no additional cost to you. If none of the items are in stock, your order will be shipped once the backordered items are received and processed. If an item has been discontinued and cannot be shipped, you will be contacted and issued a full refund for that item.

- Oversized Items via Truck: 3-9 Business Days
Note: Saturday and Sunday deliveries depend on the shipping carrier and the shipping method selected.
Total Time for Delivery:
The total delivery time includes payment authorization, order processing, and carrier transit time. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

While we strive to offer free shipping on orders over $100.00, some items may incur shipping charges. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
